Do you offer one-off projects?
Yes. Most of the time website projects are one-off projects. Graphic design work and virtual assistant work are often monthly recurring work which requires monthly retainers.
When do retainer hours expire?
Unused hours expire after 6 months from purchase date.
Are there any long-term agreements?
Agreements are negotiated on a per-client basis. Retainer agreements are usually monthly agreements paying a set number of hours in advanced.
Can I use the designs from Designers 4 Hire for my clients?
Yes, you may outsource your company’s work to Designers 4 Hire.
Do you offer revisions on your design work?
Yes, we offer two sets of revisions on websites and up to 5 revisions on hourly design work.
